ALL CHILDREN'S THEATRE

About ACT
Founded in 1987, All Children’s Theatre (ACT) is a non-profit theatre company dedicated to the education and enrichment of children ages 4-18.  Headquartered in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, ACT enables children to use their imagination and creativity to explore all aspects of theatre production.
All Children's Theatre was founded by Dr. Wrenn Goodrum, a New York actress and director who fell in love with Rhode Island and decided to settle here. Currently in its 19th year, ACT continues to provide theatre programs to ALL children and families in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.

Why ACT?
Professional educators – ACT members receive instruction from professional educators who have several years of experience on and off stage.  Among our current teachers, we have actors, singers, playwrights, screenwriters, and choreographers.

Youth ACTing Ensemble - ACT offers an award-winning ACTing Ensemble with a minimum of 9 productions each year.

Total Theatre Experience - ACT is the only youth theatre group to offer a total theatre experience to its members.  We have programs that focus on stage direction, lighting design, costume design, sound board operation, and playwriting.  ACT feels it is important to give students the opportunity to learn all aspects of the theatre.
